Mission

Miss CEO empowers young women with world-class leadership education, mentorship, and career exploration opportunities. Since its founding in 2011, Miss CEO has trained over 100,000 children, young women, and professionals all over the world

Why It Matters

The gender gap in leadership starts early.  As reported by the Girl Scout Research Institute,  self-perception as a leader for girls is highest in grades 2-4, then drops in grades 7-10. Furthermore, while 92% of girls believe anyone can acquire leadership skills, only 21% believe they have the qualities to be a good leader. By the time they reach adulthood, women are dramatically underrepresented in leadership roles

Our Solution

Miss CEO's effective leadership education, targeted skills training, and mentorship are offered to young women at a critical time during their development.
